From outside your door you can experience local walks in the surrounding chestnut forests and hills, or guided by the local Monks starting nearby each tuesday morning in July and August finishing at the abbey de conques You can even have lunch with the brothers . (the walks are free lunch is apx 10€ per person).

Lagoule is famous for its knife making and there is no better place to see for yourself them being made, and pick up some souvenirs
